My client is looking for a Business Banking Manager to build and develop relationships in the commercial market. You will be responsible for developing introducer and direct commercial lending. This is a client facing role for one on the UK's premium Building Societies. A background in Financial Services, more notably in Building Societies, is essential.

You need to be a successful individual who is results driven and has experience in a B2B environment. You will develop the Societies Commercial lending and undertake commercial business development. ACIB qualification and previous commercial lending experience is ideally required.

You need to have a strong sales focus driving business development with exceptionally strong communication skills. Experience in relationship management, account management and in negotiation is also a must.

You will be target driven and responsible for effectively developing new contacts and liaising with existing contacts within the regions to ensure that all potential sources of new business are developed and fully aware of the Society's policies and products.
