Graduate Trainee Legal/Financial Recruitment Consultant To 22k basic, OTE £40K + Excellent Company Benefits, Manchester City Centre
Your Profile
As a graduate, with a minimum of 6 months business to business sales or recruitment experience, you will be looking to make a move to work within a privately owned company where you will be given autonomy, be greatly rewarded for your hard work and given all the tools to make you the best recruitment consultant! As a graduate, you will be determined, money hungry and target driven with a real desire to use your excellent recruitment sales skills in building a successful career as a temporary recruitment consultant. You are a sociable and enthusiastic graduate, but most of all a hard worker who is committed to being an integral part of an extremely successful recruitment sales organisation.
The Role
Working within the one of the company's successful divisions, You will be given specialised training within your marketplace which will be ongoing throughout your recruitment career. You will also be given the autonomy to go out into the business and work in your own sector building valuable client relationships, sourcing candidates and managing the whole recruitment process
whilst receiving full support from the rest of the team. Senior and management positions are achieved quickly for those driven and hardworking recruitment consultants!
