Business Development Manager, B2B Services, Hertfordshire. £28,000 - £35,000 Basic, £45,000 OTE realistic, Package includes Pension, Healthcare, many other great benefits.
This dynamic and progressive provider of a whole range of office space services and solutions are looking to hire a true personality; someone that is focussed, driven, ambitious but fair. Based from a great location the company have zero internal politics and are looking for someone with solid values and a team working ethic. To succeed you will be a solid all-rounder a door opener, account manager, networker, marketer and business developer. You will be self-reliant yet a team player and have a good understanding of the local area.

The company are looking for an exceptional candidate with Business to Business sales experience; someone that is well presented, articulate, a solution provider and able to forge strong business relationships at all levels. The backgrounds of successful employees currently in the business are recruitment consultants, estate agents, office equipment sales, media sales, corporate business developers and skilled sales account managers. However, personality, drive, ambition and sales ability are what count to be successful in the role.

You will be an enthusiastic, target oriented and effervescent business developer that is able to build strong business partnerships at all levels. You will consider yourself a competent networker, happy to attend networking meetings, breakfast clubs and exhibitions. Classic clients included recruitment businesses, insurance, lawyers, solicitors, accountants, management consultants and many other corporate, retail and SME businesses.
