Our client is a market leader in its field and they are renowned worldwide for their training and development. Due to recent expansion this multi-billion pound organisation has a vacancy in essex for a Field Sales Executive/Trainee Account Manager.
This role would suit someone early on in his or her sales career and would be ideal as a 1st/2nd field sales job. You will be given a portfolio of existing accounts to manage and this will count for 80% of your role. Only a small amount of the role is new business, which is normally found via referrals.
This Field Sales Executive/Trainee Account Manager role is an ideal way to develop your account management skills within a global market leader. You will receive full training on managing and developing corporate accounts as well as managing your territory.
As a Field Sales Executive/Trainee Account Manager, you will be fully supported throughout your career. In addition you will have the opportunity to progress within a major blue-chip company where they are not scared to reward the hard working with; holidays abroad, a Jaguar XK8 convertible car for the top salesperson, as well as an uncapped commission structure.
