Educational background and previous work experience are not what is important for this role, just reasons for being where you are today coupled with examples of why you would be a success in IT Recruitment. You will be motivated, driven and able to convince that you are focused and ready to put the hard work in to become a high earner within the IT Recruitment Industry.
The Role
Successful applicants will be responsible for qualifying suitable candidates, generating sales leads and promoting client's opportunities to high level IT professionals. The intensive fast-track mentoring programme involves working alongside an experienced Recruitment Consultant and you can expect to be running your own desk after 6 months. You will receive ongoing training and career development from an experienced member of staff dedicated to enhancing your Recruitment knowledge and Sales skills.
