Your Profile
For this Recruitment Consultant role your ability to converse and communicate effectively with people, namely Clients and Candidates, is of paramount importance. Your outgoing personality and positive attitude will be fundamental to your success!
We will consider applications from people with a Business to Business Sales background, however ideally a Recruitment Sales background is required. The successful Recruitment Consultant will be a positive person with a 'can do, will do' attitude. A committed and outgoing individual who has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills is required. You will have the drive and determination to be very successful and stand out from the rest.
The Role
Planned growth within vertical sectors has resulted in the need to expand the Sales, Marketing and Food Manufacturing divisions. Based in prestigious offices in Salford Quays, the successful Recruitment Consultant will form part of a successful team of consultants specialising in their own vertical market sectors.
You will be provided with both the support and training to develop your existing Recruitment/selling skills. The focus is on business development within existing accounts, therefore the key to your success will be your ability to network and visit companies, build rapport and tune into your client's requirements. You will advertise vacancies in both Traditional and New Media to attract quality candidates who you will interview and assess for specific opportunities.
