Innovative IT Services company with growing delivery forecasts over the next 12 months (and onwards), requires a high flying and driven Programme Manager (3-5 years experience) to head up a lively and growing PMO (Project Management Office). Delivering a wide variety of IT service projects to businesses within the UK and Europe, the successful candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of project office delivery. Preferably with experience in:

• Managing and developing a PMO
• Delivering hardware deployment projects for major OEM's across Europe
• Developing and implementing best practice project controls and processes and integrate these into in-house software solution
• Client management
• Full P&L responsibility
• Full PMO Management Reporting

Setting KPI's within project delivery controls in order to monitor performance against internal and/or customer SLA's

Key Skills:
Prince 2 knowledge and experience
Attention to detail
Experience in developing a successful PMO
Experience in Pan-European project delivery
Good verbal communication/interpersonal skills
Exceptional written English skills
Budget control experience
Client management
