Job Description
Recruitment Consultant - Sales, IT, Retail and Contact Centre. Up to £30K
Basic plus Uncapped Monthly Commission, Fantastic Incentives, Car Scheme, Mobile Phone,
Company Holidays, Free Parking.
Your Profile
You will ideally have over 6 months Recruitment Sales experience within any
sector. You will also be educated to A-level or above with confidence and the
ability to communicate at all levels. The drive and hunger to work in a fast
paced, highly financially rewarding recruitment company is also a must. You
must be target driven, positive, persuasive and resilient.
The Role
The role will involve you being a specialist Recruitment Consultant in one of
the sectors of Sales, IT, or Contact Centre. You will be required to
complete a full 360o recruitment role, including Business Development,
Sourcing your own candidates and managing the whole process through to
placement. You will aim to develop lasting relationships with your clients and
quickly become their preferred supplier. You will receive fantastic one-to-one
training from experienced market professionals and on going support to allow
you to reach your long-term career and financial goals.
