Home Based Telesales Executives required for Online Advertising Sales, Flexible Hours
15 hours at £6 per hour set against a 30% commission should produce a totally realistic £30K+ OTE. Temp-to-Perm or rolling contract basis.
This is a rare home based sales role working for a company specialising in selling services to firms of solicitors. To succeed in this home based role you will be an experienced telemarketer, telesales or advertising professional who is self driven, articulate and self motivated. This is a role where in agreement with the MD you can fit the hours around your work-life balance and could be ideal for a home carer or parent looking for a role that can fit around their other commitments.
The Opportunity
The Company is launching a number of new products over the next 12 months. The initial product is a new website where solicitors can profile themselves and their services.
This is a highly attractive and cost effective online advertising solution that is strategically priced to become the standard for anyone looking for a solicitor. Your role will be supported by a major campaign including press advertising and leaflet distributions
The commission scheme is completely uncapped and you will earn 30% (net of vat) of every sale against a £6 per hour basic wage based on a 15 hour working week. The prime selling times are 10-12 and 2-4 on weekdays. An average order is £100 plus vat for one solicitor. Therefore based on just 4 sales per day 5 days per week you will be earning £30,000 per annum. The company will also contribute £10 per month towards your home office expenses and if you use Skype this should cover your telephone calls.
So far there has been a great deal of interest from solicitors and the sales process only requires on average 3 simple calls for a sale making it relatively easy to reach your targets and earn lots of commission!!!

The Role and Requirements
In this home based telesales role you will be expected to make significant numbers of calls and sales every day to solicitors or members of their management team. This is not a job for those who can only work via a set script or are only experienced in gaining leads. You will be speaking to highly articulate clients. You will need to show them the site and discuss its merits with them. You will have a strong yet natural closing approach and have prior experience of working within a target driven business-to- business sales environment It requires an extremely self disciplined individual who can converse at this level.
The right person will be able to make contacts and build a relationship that allows them to cross-sell other products we have to these new accounts.
The Company
The Company are based in Hertfordshire, and the role will start with a 2 day training course, so the applicant will ideally be living in London or the Home Counties. You will be required to have a suitable home-office set up with Internet access.
