Your Profile
You must be educated to degree level or be of degree calibre, but most of all an intelligent and a naturally sales-driven Graduate. Most importantly, as a Graduate, you must have the hunger and determination to succeed in Sales Recruitment. Due to expansion this highly successful nationwide company are looking for professional, hardworking and determined Graduates to join their motivated Sales Recruitment team. You will ideally have a minimum of six months b2b sales,recruitment or professional commercial experience and be looking for a role to put your mark on! As this is Sales Recruitment, personality and rapport-building skills are essential!
The Role
Working within either a Commercial Sales, Technical Sales or Marketing Recruitment team with a supportive and hands on Manager, your role will involves Sales, Account Management, Project Management and essentially building and maintaining client relationships. You will be offered
dedicated training, support and a clearly defined career development path within Sales and Sales Recruitment.
