Due to expansion, my client has an opening for a Business Development Manager/Field Sales Executive in the London/Essex/Hertfordshire area (either office or home based). You will be responsible for selling to your geographical area in a non micro managed environment. This will involve generating New Business, and then managing these accounts thereafter.
The Ideal Business Development Manager/Field Sales Executive will possess:
- Selling experience in leasing
- Ability to develop new business through face to face meetings
- Confident in the hard sell
- Target driven with money motivated attitude.
Most importantly, you will be required to show your ability to work from home in an unsupervised environment.
In return as a Business Development Manager/Field Sales Executive you will receive:
-A basic of 18-25k dependent on experience
-Excellent commission structure
-Car /Allowance.
In addition you will be working for an organisation that will train and develop your skills to maximise your potential with plenty of in-house sales progression opportunities.
