You must have some recruitment experience and be highly self-motivated, a team player that does not enjoy office politics, honest and hard working. The Role
This role will involve the full responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant. You will be working on vacancies in your given discipline across the UK and will use a variety of recruitment methodologies to service your clients. If you want to change sectors and move into Sales and Marketing recruitment or Engineering recruitment, this will also be an option. The right candidate will be client facing as winning new business will be a key part of this role. You will work individually but in a team based environment so candidates should also be team players and like bouncing off other people in the office.
