Human Resources Recruitment Consultant, £25-30k OTE £50K+, Manchester City Centre
Your Profile
The right candidate for this role as a human resources recruitment consultant must have previous recruitment experience although this can be in any sector of recruitment, not necessarily human resources. You should have a proven track record in recruitment sales and be used to business developing as well as recruiting. Candidates will ideally have a good educational background and be polished professionals who can hold their own with experienced
professionals and present to Board level client contacts.
The Role
This role is within a new team, who are part of an international recruitment group. The team is headed by an extremely experienced human resources recruitment consultant who is very well networked within the marketplace and would be an excellent mentor to learn from. You will have a huge area to focus on, stretching from Stoke on Trent, right up the country to Cumbria and there will be no restrictions on the level of candidate that you can recruit. This role will involve meeting both client and candidates and bringing on board new clients will be a high priority.
