Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant- Financial Recruitment, up to £27K Basic,
over £35K OTE + Uncapped Commission + Fantastic Benefits - Manchester, Chester, Leeds.

Your Profile
Are you a graduate or graduate calibre candidate who is looking for a Recruitment Sales career that will offer you amazing financial rewards and fast track career progression? Do you have the motivation and hunger to succeed in a fast paced and challenging sales recruitment role. Ideally you will have had some previous experience in a target orientated sales environment, but most importantly you will be outgoing, determined and a natural sales person.

The Role
Your role will involve a full cycle recruitment role. You will be responsible for developing new business, identifying clients needs, sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, matching candidates to clients and managing the whole process through to placement.
