Highly successful niche technical business with over 35 offices worldwide and sales into over 70 countries require a proven telemarketer to help introduce products and services into the UK market. This is a consultative approach and your role will be to follow and qualify incoming enquiries together with new business calls into leads generated by a sophisticated business information tool.
The role is one third new business and two thirds following pipeline and dealing with existing accounts. With projects typically being worth between £250K and £1M this can be a highly complex sales process that can take up to 2 years to bring to closure. Therefore the opportunity to earn rapidly increases in future years.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and reputable business that is a renowned leader in their chosen sector. You will work closely with an experienced Business Development Manager to develop your product and industry knowledge and the role could in 12-18 months time develop into Field Sales or Telesales Management.
To succeed you will be a proven telemarketer or telesales professional looking for a more involved and worthwhile sale. This is a role for a relationship builder that has a genuine and soft approach to business generation and would consider themselves to have a solution sales approach. Whilst you will be expected to make 50 plus calls a day you are targeted on quality rather than quantity and the calls are not scripted in any way. You will have a relaxed approach that can establish rapport, 'fact find' and naturally build relationships to the next stage along a business development process.
The role is for a self motivated, self managing type that has high levels of initiative and integrity. This company truly has excellent sales team dynamics with weekly sales incentives to keep you motivated and financially rewarded.
