Trainee recruitment consultant / Resourcer
£15K - £17K basic OTE £35 (uncapped)

Due to recent growth we are recruiting for an additional Trainee recruitment consultant / Resourcer to join our team.
Role
You will be managing existing clients and customers, consultation selling and general customer service. You will be required to write adverts and source candidates for existing vacancies.
Requirements
·Highly motivated, enthusiastic and an ability to work under own initiative
·Ambitious individual who is looking to succeed in a sales environment
·Excellent communicator / professional
·Confidence to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
·You must have a minimum of 18 months sales experience
