Sales Manager Berkshire
£30k OTE £70k+£5k car allowance+benefits
The Company
Our client is a global giant company with a multi billion pound turnover and number one in their field. If progression and earning potential are at the forefront of your mind then this huge organisation is definitely for you.
The Role
As a Sales Manager you will be looking after a team of 6 to 9 field sales executives and 1 internal executive. You will be in charge of growing and developing your team, through KPI's, and coaching all the team members to achieve targets.
Experience Required
You, as a Sales Manager will have a minimum of 5 years sales experience and 2 years man-management and be able to express your understanding of coaching and mentoring.
Benefits
The successful Sales Manager will be given a target of £30k with an OTE of £70k; a car allowance of £5k will also be given. There will be other benefits such as holiday prizes, healthcare etc.
