SALARY: £19,235 plus £3k commission.

LOCATION: North territory Nottingham, Sheffield, Bradford (also covering Leeds, Doncaster, Mansfield and East Manchester).

Our client is a global leader in imaging solutions.
ROLE:
Assist in the achievement of unit and sales revenue targets by providing effective support to Distribution and Reseller Accounts via the implementation of account activity plans, business initiatives and sales driving activities.
Provide Accounts and sales floors with product training on an extensive product range covering digital cameras and video, inkjet and laser printers, digital SLR scanners, home cinema and business projectors, retail technology equipment and consumables.
Implement marketing plans in accordance with account activity plans and collate / feedback market intelligence to the sales and marketing departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Maximise business opportunities through fostering close account relationships and demonstrating product unique selling point's. Communicate and feedback potential business opportunities effectively with Key Account Managers and Partner Managers.
b) Negotiate with Accounts to secure presence on the sales floor, incentives, training time and product related displays in both Distribution and Reseller Accounts.
c) Advise Channel partners how best to use our client's brand/logo in advertising and publications.
d) Coordinate, write and implement product training both online and on the sales floor customising when required.
e) Weekly reports provide feedback on market information, competitor activity, account issues and opportunities to Key Account Managers, Partner Managers, Product Marketing and Trade Marketing.
f) Support local, regional and national events/exhibitions/conferences/account activity.
g) Increase product awareness and raise profile in accounts.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Experience in a similar distribution/reseller/channel sales/retail support or product training role.
b) Strong general IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint is essential).
c) Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
d) Full driving licence and willingness to cover the above territory.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Interest and knowledge about photography/cameras.
