Business Development Manager
Up to £55,000 Base; £90,000 OTE + Car Allow + Pens + Gym + BUPA

The Role:
·The Business Development Manager will operate as a key member of the Services Sales Team, working with relevant stakeholders to develop account strategies and promote my client's total services portfolio. The Business Development Manager will position and communicate my client's services advantage within the competitive landscape.
Experience:
·Minimum of 2 years Services/Solutions Selling
·Proven track record of achieving services sales goals
·C level sales engagements & relationship building
·Services market knowledge
Skills Required:
·Leadership within distributed & virtual teams
·Strong negotiation skills
·define a profitable bid strategy
·Conceptual and practical knowledge about Service Level Agreement (SLA) management and delivery
·Goal focus and ability to prioritise
As a Business Development Manager you will receive a generous basic, plus ote, Mercedes/BMW car, or allowance, pension, share scheme, 28 days holiday, medical insurance + other company benefits. The earning potential here is huge and you could earn in excess of £200k in your 1st year.
