Recruitment Consultant - Finance and IT Sector - to £18k + £50K OTE - London
Your Profile
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be money motivated and looking for a challenging role in the City where you can earn up to £50k in your first year! We are recruiting and are eager to hear from individuals who are motivated, driven and determined to succeed in a very challenging professional sales role. You will be working with Clients to meet their requirements and interviewing candidates to help them find the best role.
The Role
Ideally you will have a good academic background and must be able to demonstrate that you are: resilient, confident, driven, focused, and, above all, will enjoy working within a high pressured environment. You will need prior sales experience for this role but not in recruitment, as we work in a organic structure and train each consultant in our internally designed training programme.
