Customer Account Manager
£17,500 - £20,500 basic salary + 100% Bonus and London Weighting

Our client is a FTSE listed company and one of the fastest growing finance companies.
Due to expansion and growth fantastic opportunities have arisen to join a leading financial services organisation in the UK as a Customer Account Manager.
Successful candidates will be target orientated and possess excellent communication skills
This is an extremely varied and diverse role as you will responsible for managing your own portfolio customer accounts through the lending process. Full training and ongoing support is provided as well as excellent opportunities for career progression based upon performance.
Daily duties will include:
"Dealing with customers, managing existing accounts on an ongoing basis, proactively identifying problems and implementing solutions
"Up selling loans and maximising on leads
"To identify opportunities to sell consolidation
"Dealing with accounts in arrears, chasing up and collecting payments
"Re -negotiating late payment plans when necessary
"You will also need a full driving licence and ideally your own transport
You will be expected to work between the hours of Monday to Friday from 9am - 7.00pm and 1 Saturday in 4. In return our client offers an excellent package from £17,000k - £20,000k basic salary, depending on experience, plus 3K London weighting allowance and up to 100% bonus.
