UK & EMEA Business Consultant - £40 60k basic plus bonus London

Our client develops, implements and maintains a software product for the asset management industry. The core product covers the whole for the investment management of banks, asset management of banks, asset managers and insurance companies. They are a global company with more than 140 clients and 900 employees worldwide, with a product that helps their clients stay one step ahead in today's international financial markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity with a listed company, for an individual who is looking for employment with a market leader. Their dynamic corporate culture is aimed at keeping up with fluctuating markets. This role is primarily London based but also includes travel in EMEA.
The Role
·Consultants will participate in all aspect of the implementations of the business, including design, configuration, integration and training.
·Depending on areas of expertise consultants will be made responsible for one or more streams in the project.
·Contribute to improving and documenting best practises for implementations in the UK.
·Consultants will normally be assigned 100% to a project which will normally mean that they will be working 'full time' at client sites.

Key Criteria/Knowledge and Experience
·2-5 years asset management or similar background.
·An upper second class degree or higher from a top tier university, preferably Physics, Economics, Maths or Finance.
·Must have a strong interest in the Financial Industry and an aptitude to learn more.
·Our client is looking for individuals who are methodical, hardworking, enthusiastic and posses an ability to work to deadlines.
·If you have knowledge of two or more of the following areas it would put you in a strong position in applying for this position: Portfolio management, Settlement Cycles in international markets, Compliance, Fixed income, Equity based products, Derivatives, Relational databases, Crystal report and Oracle Database Administration.

The Package
