Senior Co-location and Hosting Data Centre sales - Financial

£55k Basic, £127k OTE + benefits

Berkshire based

We are a truly global colocation and hosting data centre organisation with over a decade's experience in managing the valuable information and critical operational assets of Global enterprises, network providers and financial companies. We have achieved a turnover in excess of 500m and are responsible for the security of our customer's business data.

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to manage the Financial Services vertical with the responsibility to identify, prospect and generate new business within the Electronic Financial Trading Community. You will work toward developing and delivering against the UK strategy helping to grow the number of participants in our Data Centres from within the Electronic Trading Community.

In order to be successful in this role, you must possess a broad and current knowledge related to selling within the Electronic Financial Trading industry. You should have a specific understanding of how new trading and processing systems are deployed and how performance and scalability can improve via neutral co-location.

Ideally a graduate with some hosting sales experience, you will have strong experience in successfully selling high value technical products and services to telecommunication organisations. Wholesale sales experience would be ideal

The successful applicant will receive an excellent salary as well as the opportunity to progress your sales career with a recognised global leader. Our top salespeople earn between 250k and 300k and excellent opportunities exist as we look to double our sales force over the next year.
