Your Profile
You must be of graduate calibre. You would have had previous Recruitment experience or a Finance/Investment Banking background with proven networking abilities. The ideal executive search consultant must be motivated, smart and upbeat and have a real desire to work in Top End Executive Search Company. If you have multi language skills this would be advantageous as you will be given the opportunity to operate within the International Markets. You must have a consultative approach and have the ability to liaise and sell to high-level clients.
The Role
You will be working on individual assignments and working closely with a dedicated team of Resourcers to ensure success. This is a pure Executive Search and Selection and concentrating on mid to senior level salary packages within the City. Your primary role will be for you to manage the process throughout, including networking, interviewing and strengthening client relations.
