CALLING ALL TECHNICAL SUPPORT - 1ST / 2ND LINE!!
My client is situated in North Hertfordshire and is a small IT support company based in smart modern offices with an abundance of work on their books!
Due to exciting expansion plans, they are now looking for someone to provide Technical Support (1st/2nd line) to their growing client base, which is generally located south of Hertfordshire.
They work mostly with SMEs with 5 – 100 employees on average and, as it is a small team, you will need the ability to be proactive and work under your own initiative.
You will have a broad range of responsibilities and as such you should have a broad range of technical support experience.
This role will be very hands-on and as such, will involve lots of screwdriver work and building of equipment!
As Technical Support, you will need:
Demonstrable commercial experience of 1st/2nd line support, including:
- Desktop support
- Windows 7/8 (10)
- Server 2008/2012
- Small Business Server
- Office 365
They primarily work with MS OS at present, although anyone with Mac experience would be most welcome, as would anyone with customer facing experience.
The role will be predominantly office-based to begin with, although in the future there will be the occasional need to visit client sites in the local region, so a driving licence will be essential.
