The Recruitment industry is changing; there is a shift away from job boards and media towards social networking for job searching; Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ etc. Therefore we need to change. We are looking for the future of sales recruiters at all levels to join JPE.
Success breeds success and our plan is simple; we are going to build the dream team by hiring and developing the cream of the executive recruitment industry. Over the next two years we will position our consultants to become financially independent for the rest of their lives.
We place superstars with market leaders, VC backed and privately funded tech vendors in high growth markets. JPE is a respected market leader that specialises in delivering high quality sales individuals to the fastest growing area of Information Technology; Cloud Computing and IT Security. JPE’s core values are based on integrity, a make it happen attitude and a passion for delivering an outstanding executive recruitment service in the UK.
The role will be to build upon an existing successful infrastructure where 65% of our turnover is from existing accounts in Cloud Computing and IT Security, 15% was from people we have worked with at previous companies and want to use us in their new environment and the remaining 20% is made up from new business wins.
· Deliver across all 3 areas of the business
· Develop a profitable business from both existing and new clients
· Attract new candidates in line with agreed targets
· Manage the recruitment process from source & marketing new candidates to placement.
· Maintain knowledge of your market and key commercial trends
