Recruitive is a leading UK supplier of cloud based end to end recruitment software. Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity now exists to introduce a talented, experienced and ambitious sales professional to our Business Development team in Cannock, to source clients and sell our award winning range of recruitment software products and solutions to businesses in the UK. You will be provided with extensive training and supported by a collaborative team. This role is highly rewarding because it enables you to achieve both individually and as part of a team whilst helping the company to retain its position at the forefront of the recruitment software market. In return we are offering an attractive basic salary plus a high commission structure as well as an opportunity for you to develop your career in a growing industry sector.

Suitable candidates will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within a demanding recruitment environment, or similar software sales. Experience of in-house recruitment processes is an advantage. This role would suit professionals seeking a new challenge within a sector that enables future growth. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress within this young and dynamic organisation.

Essential criteria:

• Previous sales experience within a sales environment
• Strong knowledge of sales principles
• Client relationship management skills
• Proven negotiation skills
• Ability to develop new leads to maximise revenue generation
• Ability to achieve targets and thrive within an environment that rewards effort



Desirable criteria:

• Track record in business to business sales
• Experience in closing sales and full 360 sales cycle
• Background in software sales of in-house recruitment and/or recruitment agency experience
• Experience in MS Office
