The Role: The Customer Success Manager will be the go-to person for onboarding new clients and pilots. You will work with a variety of customers, helping to understand the key problems they face and develop a strategy to help them achieve their goals. You will be strongly supported by the founders and directors of the business and work closely with them in sales and account management to help build and maintain these relationships. You will be interacting with Talent Acquisition Managers and directors across a variety of enterprise-level clients.

Based in London, their talent software solution is used by clients in order to improve and quicken their in-house processes and referrals whilst improving employee retention. For this Customer Success Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- 3+ years' experience in an in-house talent acquisition role OR
- 2+ years' experience in customer success ideally for a HR/recruitment tech company (not essential!)
Location: The position of Customer Success Manager is based primarily in London, so access is paramount. Travel will be required as and when around the UK.
