The Role: Your role as a Customer Success Manager will involve ensuring your base of accounts (predominately in the retail sector) are utilising their FinTech SaaS platform and getting the most out of the solution. As the customer advocate you will also be their voice within your business, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, channelling back suggestions for product development and improvements.
The Company: This management team of this young scale-up business have a track record of success having grown some impressive start-up and scale-up businesses in the past. This business develop an innovative SaaS based credit facility allowing their clients to offer finance for purchases using a slick, efficient and reliable application which challenges the traditional financing model. Due to expansion to satisfy their growth strategy they are now seeking a Customer Success Manager to help them reach their goals. Based on their current performance they are going to grow from strength to strength and dominate this space.
For this Customer Success Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Customer Success experience within SaaS or
- Account Management experience within the SaaS space
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- FinTech experience desirable but by no means essential
- Possess a desire to carve a career and be success motivated
Location: The position of Customer Success Manager is covering the UK. You will be based from an office in London, so access is paramount.
