The Role: You'll take on several accounts within the UK. You'll engage with all levels of stakeholders ensuring you are the voice of the customer and you're on top of all growth opportunities. You'll be targeted on growth of current accounts and will work closely with the sales team in a symbiotic relationship. You'll be presenting to, demonstrating to and influencing anyone involved in the buying process.

For this Customer Success Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Customer Success within the IT Sector, preferably SaaS/Cloud solutions
  • You must be ambitious!!
  • Understanding of the Financial Services or Online Gambling market would be mega-helpful but not required

Location: The position of Customer Success Manager is covering the UK however requires regular travel to Oxford, Swindon, Reading, Sough, Bicester, London and Aylesbury.
